- Capacity Vault records video evidence of mental capacity, to protect wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney from challenge.

Who we are
Digilegal was founded by Oliver Asha, a solicitor (SRA 372772) and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), who reviews the guides on this site.
Recognition
Our work has been recognised as Highly Commended for Will Writing Firm of the Year at the British Wills and Probate Awards 2022, and as a winner at the Legacy Giving Awards 2023.
